I found it to be very useful when the vegan options are very clearly labeled right next to the meat -- consistently having a vegan alternative next to the main course would be awesome!

I think that Rice students have done a very good job of promoting the importance of composting. I don't think that there is as much awareness or focus on the impact of eating meat, and I would love to see that discussed more across campus.
