Horrific quality of ingredients, often cold or spoiled food. Just look at the food inspections if you don't believe me. American University's TDR or "Terrace Dining Room" has received multiple near failure rankings. Although they do have salad options, there are very limited vegan main courses. They have a certain section of the dining hall that will feature vegan options but it is swapped every day, so its a gamble whether or not I will have something to eat. Although the non-dining hall food places have vegan options, these often close very early and I cannot use dining points there.

I'm grateful for how many options the dining hall has for plant-based food but I feel they should focus more on it. A lot of the recipes are bland or cold and could be a lot better.

In TDR, for example, many of the food options have meat in them. It is clear that plant-based options are not a priority, and a very small number of plant-based options are available. They need to include a lot more variety.

People are plant-based for many reasons, and having only one plant-based protein options usually makes it challenging to eat plant-based with a well-rounded, fulfilling meal. Most times it would be carbs only if the protein option wasn't your favorite.
