Even though the little options were super tasty (At NYU College of Dentistry) I wish we had more options than just one per day.

A lot of the school's plant-based protein options are tofu, and I am not really the biggest fan of tofu. Also, a lot of the plant-based options are quite plain -- ex., potatoes, or salad options. If there were more vegan sauces/dressings to go along with these things, they would be much more appealing. It would be nice if there was some more diversity and creativity when it came to these meals.

There needs to be more delicious options. It seems like vegan options are forgotten about and left towards the end to be made with whatever scraps are left. Plant-based foods can be extremely delicious and an option that could appeal to everyone if simply more thought was placed into vegan offerings.

it could feel extremely excluding, especially when it comes to desserts. They also mislabel often.
